Cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid, hormones: blood tests cover different ground. Choosing a panel starts with what you want to understand. This free quiz turns your interests and preferences into a SiPhox panel match, with an explanation you can keep.
Your match comes with a guide
You’ll get a summary of your priorities, the panel that matches them, and why it was selected. Three measurement examples explain what the panel can tell you once you have your blood tested. If your interests extend beyond its coverage, your guide will point that out.
For example, someone interested in heart health and blood sugar who prefers focused testing could match with Heart & Metabolic. Their guide would explain measurements such as cholesterol, triglycerides and hemoglobin A1c, which are included in that panel.[1]
Your quiz profile describes your testing interests. The blood test supplies your actual measurements; the quiz does not estimate them.
See it now. Keep it for later.
At the end, enter your email to see your profile here and receive your guide, followed by a short email series about the measurements and testing at home. Your result includes a direct link to the matching SiPhox panel, where you can check the full test list and current membership price.
How testing at home works
SiPhox’s EasyDraw collector takes a small sample from your upper arm, with one-to-one live support available. The sample goes to a laboratory for processing.[1] Follow the kit’s preparation instructions, including any fasting requirements.[2]
When your laboratory report arrives, its reference ranges, your history and earlier results help put the numbers in context. Review questions about your results with your healthcare provider.[3]
